Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to our standard return policy.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded only when required by law (e.g. for EU withdrawal right claims).
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sealed hygiene or health products that have been opened
